HVSF and HVSF-G pneumatic hand valves provide convenient manual control of compressed air in pneumatic circuits. Available in two-way and three-way configurations, they support air shut-off or downstream pressure release according to the selected valve type.
The HVSF Series uses R-thread connections, while the HVSF-G Series features G threads. Both series accommodate 6–12 mm tubing and are suitable for compatible nylon and polyurethane pneumatic lines.
HVSF and HVSF-G hand valves let operators manually switch airflow without adding a separate electrically controlled valve. Their lever-operated design is suitable for local air control in pneumatic machinery, maintenance stations, and automated production equipment. Push-in tube connections simplify installation, while the threaded end connects the valve to a compatible pneumatic port.
Both series are available in two-way and three-way configurations:
● Two-way valve: Blocks incoming airflow when switched off but does not exhaust downstream residual pressure.
● Three-way valve: Blocks the air supply and vents residual pressure on the outlet side when switched off.
Some air exhaust during operation is a normal characteristic of the valve. The maximum working pressure must not exceed 1.0 MPa.
The HVSF Series uses R tapered pipe threads, with sizes including R1/8, R1/4, R3/8, and R1/2 depending on the model. The HVSF-G Series provides G-thread connections from G1/8 to G1/2 across its listed models.
Both series support metric tube outer diameters of 6, 8, 10, and 12 mm. Additional thread standards, such as BSP, NPT, PT, and metric threads, may be available on request.
These pneumatic hand valves are used in assembly machinery, packaging equipment, pneumatic fixtures, and air lines that require manual isolation or pressure release.
● Match the thread standard and tube diameter before ordering.
● Follow the airflow arrow on the valve body during installation.
● Turn the lever fully to the intended position.
● Before servicing connected equipment, isolate the supply and verify that pressure has been released.
Choose the two-way design when residual pressure must remain contained, or the three-way design when downstream depressurization is required.
