HVFF Hand Valves for Quick Airflow Switching

The HVFF Series provides a simple way to control compressed air directly within a pneumatic line. Its rotary handle switches airflow without requiring an electrical control signal, making it suitable for local isolation and routine equipment adjustments.

Two-Way Shut-Off and Three-Way Exhaust

Choose the HVFF pneumatic hand valve according to the pressure-release requirements of your circuit:

● Two-way type: Stops incoming airflow when switched off but does not vent downstream residual pressure.

● Three-way type: Stops the air supply and releases residual pressure from the outlet side when switched off.

The maximum working pressure must not exceed 1.0 MPa. Some air exhaust during operation is a normal characteristic.

Applications and Installation

HVFF hand valves suit pneumatic automation equipment, packaging machinery, assembly stations, and air-supply lines that require manual control.

● Available for compatible tubing with 6, 8, 10, and 12 mm outer diameters.

● Align the valve' s flow arrow with the required airflow direction.

● Insert tubing fully into the push-in ports and check connections for leakage.

● Before maintenance, isolate the supply and verify whether the downstream circuit has been depressurized.

Select a two-way model when exhaust is not required through the valve, or a three-way model when the connected equipment needs downstream pressure release.
