Straight Connections in a Miniature Footprint

PC-C, PG-C, and PU-C Series mini push-in fittings are designed to reduce the space required around pneumatic tube connections. Their compact One-Touch construction is 40% smaller in volume and has an outside diameter 20% smaller than standard types, making them suitable for equipment with tightly packed components.

Three Connection Styles for Different Tube Layouts

Although these compact pneumatic fittings share the same miniature design concept, each series serves a different connection requirement:

● PC-C Series – Male Straight: provides a compact straight connection for pneumatic tubing and equipment ports.

● PG-C Series – Unequal Union Straight: accommodates straight connections where different tube sizes are required.

● PU-C Series – Union Straight: provides a direct tube-to-tube union connection.

This configuration range allows designers to select a suitable mini push-in fitting without unnecessarily increasing the footprint of the pneumatic circuit.

Applications and Installation

These miniature pneumatic fittings are suited to compact automation equipment, small machinery, robotic mechanisms, control devices, and pneumatic systems where conventional fittings occupy excessive space.

Installation: Insert the pneumatic tube into the One-Touch connection until fully seated. For threaded or equipment-side connections, position the fitting securely before connecting the tubing. Check the tube connection before operation to ensure proper installation.
