The SPM, SPMF and SPML Series Stainless Steel Push-in Fittings are developed for pneumatic equipment where tubing needs to pass cleanly through panels, machine walls, mounting plates, or enclosure structures. Unlike conventional straight connectors that occupy space on only one side of a panel, bulkhead fittings provide a dedicated connection point through the mounting surface, helping create a cleaner and more organized pneumatic layout.

The three configurations address different installation requirements. The SPM Series Bulkhead Straight provides a direct connection through a panel. The SPMF Series Female Bulkhead Straight is designed for installations requiring a female threaded connection. The SPML Series Rotatable Bulkhead 90° Elbow adds a 90° tube direction change and a rotatable structure, making it useful where tubing needs to be routed sideways in confined spaces.

Stainless Steel Construction with Flexible Specifications

These stainless steel push-in fittings are available in 303, 304, 316, and 316L materials. The different stainless steel options allow engineers to select a suitable material according to corrosion resistance, environmental conditions, and equipment requirements.

Installation Through Panels and Equipment Walls

The bulkhead structure allows the fitting to be mounted through a prepared panel opening and secured in position, creating a stable connection between tubing on opposite sides of the mounting surface. The push-in mechanism then allows pneumatic tubing to be inserted directly into the fitting for quick assembly.

For applications where tube direction needs to change immediately after passing through a panel, the SPML Rotatable Bulkhead 90° Elbow provides a more flexible routing solution. Its rotatable design can help position the tube according to the available installation space and reduce unnecessary bending.
