The SC-G Series throttle valve helps control pneumatic cylinder speed by adjusting the airflow through a compact, right-angle fitting. Choose the Right Airflow Control Direction

Two SC-G configurations are available to suit different control strategies:

● Control-in: Restricts airflow from port B to port A and allows free flow from A to B. It regulates the air entering the actuator.

● Control-out: Restricts airflow from port A to port B and allows free flow from B to A. It regulates exhaust air and is often selected for stable cylinder motion.

Selecting the appropriate configuration helps improve movement consistency and makes it easier to adjust operating speed.

Tube Sizes, Threads, and Model Selection

SC-G pneumatic speed controllers are available for tube outside diameters of 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 mm. The illustrated model range includes G-thread connections from G1/8 to G1/2, depending on tube size and model. Check the product dimensional table to confirm the correct combination of tube diameter, thread size, and installation dimensions.
