IH Series High Pressure Type Quick Couplings

IH Series High Pressure Quick Couplings for Air Lines

IH Series high pressure quick couplings are designed for compressed-air connections where secure engagement and convenient disconnection are important. The series is compatible with Parker 20 Series plugs according to the supplied product information.

Construction and Key Specifications

The IH20 model features a 1/4-inch body, a six-ball locking structure, and a maximum pressure rating of 2.0 MPa. The listed operating temperature range is -10°C to +70°C. Brass bodies and plated carbon steel components are available, while stainless steel construction and FKM seals can be considered for suitable demanding environments.

● Connection options: female thread, male thread, and hose barb.

● Thread specification shown: 1/4" NPT.

● Confirm seal and material compatibility before ordering.

Typical Uses and Installation

IH Series pneumatic quick couplings suit compressed-air lines, pneumatic tools, air compressors, and industrial maintenance equipment. For higher flow requirements, consider a larger compatible coupling series.

Match the plug profile and thread before installation, secure the threaded connection with a suitable seal, and check for leakage after pressurization. Always isolate the air supply and release residual pressure before disconnecting.
