SSLB Pneumatic Mufflers with an Extended Silencing Body

The SSLB Series has a distinctive elongated porous body and an upper knob structure. This design provides a different installation profile from conventional compact mufflers and can be considered when selecting an exhaust accessory for a specific pneumatic assembly. Noise reduction performance depends on the selected model and operating conditions.

Applications in Pneumatic Equipment

Use SSLB mufflers on compatible exhaust ports of pneumatic valves and other compressed-air devices to help disperse exhaust air and reduce operating noise. Check the available mounting space because the extended body requires adequate clearance.

Fitting and Maintenance

Verify the port thread and installation dimensions before fitting the muffler. Tighten the threaded base securely without applying excessive force to the porous section or upper knob. Inspect the body regularly and clean or replace it if contamination begins to restrict airflow.
