Jeffrey joined the predecessor manufacturing business and founded the Fescolo brand in September 2007. In June 2015, after becoming CEO of Fescolo, he founded Fokca to serve industrial customers with a broader range of standard pneumatic products and supply solutions.

As the founder of Fokca, Jeffrey leads the brand' s direction, product strategy, and international business development. He also maintains a clear division between Fokca’s standard pneumatic product supply and Fescolo' s custom pneumatic cylinder engineering.

With educational backgrounds in engineering and business administration, Jeffrey approaches product and supply decisions from the perspectives of technical suitability, manufacturing feasibility, quality consistency, and long-term customer requirements.

Antonio Bonifazi is an Italian senior mechanical engineer with international engineering experience. He first worked with Jeffrey at Guilin Pilkington under NSG Group in 2006 and began providing technical support to Fescolo and Fokca in 2015.

Antonio supports technical product reviews, application discussions, and troubleshooting when a standard pneumatic component requires additional engineering evaluation. His experience provides another technical perspective when reviewing operating conditions, product suitability, and unusual application concerns.

James Woo is responsible for production management of Fokca' s standard cylinders and selected pneumatic components handled within the company' s manufacturing operations.

With previous technical and production supervisory experience at AirTAC, he coordinates production planning, process execution, assembly, workplace organization, and manufacturing consistency. He works with the quality team to ensure that confirmed specifications are followed during production and repeat orders.

Peter Cheng coordinates quality control for Fokca' s standard pneumatic products. With previous product testing and analysis experience at SGS Shanghai, he supports inspection planning, incoming and outgoing checks, test-data review, and nonconformity follow-up.

Peter works with internal production teams and qualified manufacturing partners to address quality issues, review corrective actions, and maintain consistency between approved samples, confirmed specifications, and repeat-production batches.

Cissy Chen leads Fokca and Fescolo' s marketing and customer communications. She coordinates brand content, product information, market feedback, distributor communication, and cross-functional support for sales projects.

She also supports communication related to product ranges, private-label requirements, packaging information, and customer feedback, helping ensure that inquiries and project updates receive clear and timely follow-up.
